Biography
Dr. Fulton is an assistant professor of microbiology at LECOM at Elmira. She hopes to collaborate with the Arnot Ogden Department of Family Medicine to research new treatment modalities of methamphetamine addiction in dual diagnosis patients in a clinical and ward setting. She also anticipates participating in a retrospective Lyme Disease study in the greater Chemung County area. Dr. Fulton is participating in the Research IRB and is an open contact for any students with interests or concerns relating to the LGBTQ+ community.
