Biography
Dr. Don E. Millner MAGD LLSR FICOI joined the faculty of LECOM School Dental Medicine in 2016 as an assistant professor of restorative dentistry. He is a 1978 graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry and was an assistant adjunct clinical professor of dentistry at his alma mater. He is board licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida. Dr. Millner holds the Academy of General Dentistry’s highest honor of “Mastership,” which is awarded to less than 2% of its members. He also has the distinction of achieving the academy’s prestigious Lifelong Learning and Service Award. Additionally, he has been awarded a fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. For over 36 years, Dr. Millner practiced state-of-the-art cosmetic, restorative and implant dentistry. His recognized Philadelphia area office was one of the first to incorporate digital records, lasers, CEREC Cad Cam, digital radiography, and CBCT 3D imaging. Having a wide-ranging career that includes an FBI commendation for Dedication and Special Assistance, the granting of five U.S. Patents for his line popular oral care products, and his current participation as a National Dental Boards Examiner, Dr. Millner feels grateful to be able “pass the torch” to LECOM’s next generation of outstanding dentists.
