The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine holds commencement ceremonies in Pennsylvania and Florida in the spring of each year.  LECOM Erie, Elmira, and LECOM at Seton Hill graduates attend their ceremony at the Erie Insurance Arena in Erie.  Bradenton graduates attend their ceremony at the Bradenton Convention Center in Palmetto.

Commencement is held for the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, and Masters degrees in Erie; for the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Dental Medicine, and Masters degrees in Bradenton.
